Especially the PRO version should be very affordable for nearly anyone. Is the program really worth it? The program is already considerably cheap, especially the PRO version which has great functionality for its price. EXtended version has even more amazing features that makes page managing much more feasible and adds other useful and powerful options as well. And the best thing is that once you buy the license, it's yours forever ( though upgrading to next version may require new license). I suggest trying the trial version first.
What is it like? It's very similar to Paint Tool SAI, just far more powerful. That said, the user interface is very intuitive and the overall experience is close to SAI.
